Shipping policy

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped from our partnered warehouse using Japan Post (Yu-Pack) or equivalent delivery services.
For international orders, shipments will be handled by an international courier service.


Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

  • Japan (excluding Okinawa, Hokkaido, and remote islands): ¥1,000 (tax included)
  • Okinawa & Hokkaido: ¥2,000 (tax included)

International Shipping

International shipping fees will be displayed at checkout based on the destination country or region, weight, and shipping conditions.


Customs Duties and Import Taxes (DDP)

For international orders, we generally ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
In most cases, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are covered by us, and customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

However, DDP may not apply in the following cases:

  • If the customer requests a specific shipping carrier
  • If DDP cannot be applied due to the laws, customs system, or shipping conditions of the destination country or region
  • If we or the shipping carrier determine that DDP shipping is not appropriate

In such cases, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other related charges may be charged to the customer.


Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, excluding store holidays.
For international shipments, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance procedures and local delivery conditions.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Japan and to selected international destinations.
Available countries and regions will be shown at checkout.


Import Regulations and Customs Procedures

Depending on the destination country or region, the recipient may be required to complete advance registration, identity verification, customs declarations, or other procedures before delivery can be completed.
Examples include, but are not limited to, Taiwan’s EZ WAY and South Korea’s PCCC.

If such procedures are required, it is the customer’s responsibility to complete them.
If the customer fails to complete the required procedures and this results in delivery delays, non-delivery, return, or disposal of the shipment, we shall not be held responsible.


Undeliverable Packages, Refused Deliveries, Returns & Disposal

<Domestic Shipping (Japan)>

 If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons attributable to the customer, we will issue a refund for the product price minus the applicable round-trip shipping fees. Please note that re-shipment is not available in such cases.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Extended absence
  • Any other reasons attributable to the customer

<International Shipping>

If an order is returned or disposed of due to any of the following reasons attributable to the customer, no refund will be issued for the product price. Additionally, we are unable to cover any costs incurred, including outbound and return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or any other related charges.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Extended absence
  • Failure to complete customs procedures, identity verification, importer registration, or other required processes
  • Any other reasons attributable to the customer
