Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, meaning it must be unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase is also required.
Return Period
- If you wish to request a return or exchange, you must contact us at info@dex-oc.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Requests made after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted for any reason.
- Returns without exchange are accepted only in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items.
Returns and Refunds for International Orders
For international orders, returns and refunds will not be accepted for shipments that are returned, undeliverable, or disposed of due to customer-related reasons such as:
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Long-term absence
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to complete customs procedures
- Failure to complete required registration, application, or identity verification under the import regulations of the destination country
- Any other reason attributable to the customer
International Returns
Returns from outside Japan are accepted only for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as sizing issues, change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or cancellations for customer convenience.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@dex-oc.com.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items without tags, accessories, or original packaging
- Items returned after the return period has expired
- Customer-convenience returns for international orders
- Items returned or disposed of due to refused delivery, incomplete customs procedures, incorrect address, or similar customer-related reasons
