For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are covered by us (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP).
Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges beyond the product price and the displayed shipping fee.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation (excluding store holidays).
For international shipments, delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Period

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at info@dex-oc.com.
  • Requests made after 15 days will not be accepted for any reason.
  • Returns without exchange are accepted only in cases of defective or incorrect items.

International Returns
Returns from overseas are accepted only for defective or incorrectly delivered items.

Return Shipping

  • We will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • For all other cases, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, long-term absence, or failure to cooperate with customs procedures,
we will refund the product price after deducting the actual costs incurred, including customs duties, import taxes, and round-trip shipping fees paid by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
