We have identified a strength issue with the fabric used in the BLACK color of "SHELF BAG BLACK," sold through our online store.

Even under normal use, this issue may cause tearing near the zipper or in the main body's stitched seams.

In light of this, we have made the decision to voluntarily recall all units of the BLACK color purchased during the affected period.

Even if no damage has occurred to your bag at this time, we kindly ask customers within the affected scope to complete the procedure through the form on this page.

We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience and concern this may cause to our customers.

■ Affected Product
・Product Name: SHELF BAG BLACK
・Affected Period: BLACK color purchased on or after April 16, 2026
※No similar issue has been identified with the GREY or SAND colors.

■ Resolution Options
We will provide one of the following two options.

① Exchange for a Different Color (GREY or SAND)
We will exchange your item for a color in which no issue has been identified. As this is an international shipment, please dispose of your current item. Once we receive your request, we will ship the replacement.

② Refund
We will issue a full refund, including the product price and shipping cost. As this is an international shipment, please dispose of your current item.

※We regret that we are unable to offer a replacement BLACK unit at this time.
